Flat and neighborhood description

Between the Montorgueil pedestrian area, the Place des Victoires and the Bourse, the Vivienne flat is exceptionally located in the center of Paris. Very safe and very chic, the 2nd district of Paris is full of cafés, restaurants, luxury boutiques, but also close practical shops to buy your groceries (supermarket, butchers, bakery, grocery, wine cave, etc).

Renovated in 2007 to welcome you better, this immense studio is a typical Parisian apartment with high ceilings, a big bathroom and a glazed parquet. The quality bedding is an additional asset thanks to its new mattress (bought in 2009) 20cm thick ; the assurance of a perfect rest after a long day of visits in Paris.

Of course, this short term rental offers all the equipments of a grand hotel such as wireless Internet access, cable television, hairdryer and many more since you will probably use the fully equipped kitchen to have your meals and will not miss to phone for free your close ones (free phone calls to 96 destinations) to let them know how everything is going.

For groups of friends or big families, the Richelieu apartment that can welcome two supplementary people and the apartment Notre Dame des Victoires (4 people) are in the same building.

“permis de profiter pleinement de mon séjour à Paris” by Nadège Trocellier

J'ai aimé la localisation de l'appartement Vivienne, la propreté des lieux, le téléphone gratuit à l'étranger sur des fixes. J'ai également énormément apprécié le petit guide qui m'avait été envoyé 2 jours avant ma visite sur Paris indiquant les expositions et activités culturelles en cours.
Si je devais donner des commentaires pour voir les lieux s'améliorer, je mentionnerais l'achat de ceintre permettant de suspendre des pantalons (et pas seulement des vestes). :)
Sinon l'appartement était très joliment décoré et m'a permis de profiter pleinement de mon séjour à Paris.

I would definitely recommend the Vivienne apartment. The location is great, the flat is clean and well equipped and I really enjoyed my two weeks stay there. I must also point out that Aurelien and Giovanni are very friendly and helpful hosts and I will certainly stay with Paris Flat Rent again in the future.

“2 days in Paris during the Holidays” by Karen Felito

Great location. Loved the neighborhood. Many wonderful and diverse choices for food and drink. Paris was so crowded because of the holidays that is was nice to be a bit away from the hustle. Could have used a few more towels. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Be prepared for some noise from the bar/restaurant below. Giovanni was a great host with some nice suggestions for using the RER to get to airport. Easy walk.

First and foremost, I have to mention how AMAZING the patrons of ParisFlatRent.com are. We booked last minute just a few days before New Years and Aurelien went out of his way to make sure that we stayed in the apartment we requested. When we arrived, Giovanni explained everything we needed to know about the place and the area, as well as helped with restaurant and discotheque suggestions. I could not believe how accommodating and sincerely friendly they are, made us feel right at home!

Now the Vivienne apartment over the New Year was the ideal place to stay for someone who is new to the city. You are a step away from everything from the Notre Dame and the Louvre, to the markets and restaurants on Rue Montorgueil. It is a modern apartment with a Parisian flair..clean, comfortable, and relaxing. We also took advantage of the free internet and long distance which you cannot beat anywhere.

Can't wait to come back! You can count on Aurelien and Giovanni to give you honesty, excellent customer service and sincerity. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

“main bed is reported as a sofa bed, but let me say it is SO comfortable” by Ray and Jennifer Bryan

The Vivienne was perfect for our small family of 3 and Paris has so much to offer that we were barely at our apartment ! Right after we arrived we walked to Notre Dame & the next day the Louve. The neighborhood is rich in restaurants and we felt safe walking at all hours.

The main bed is reported as a sofa bed, but let me say it is SO comfortable it's a shame to use "sofabed" to describe it. Its new matress is heaven. The apartment's internet woked without fail. Everything was as represented. Giovanni was very helpful and we would definately stay with Paris Flat Rent again.
