Flat and neighborhood description
Between the Montorgueil pedestrian area, the Place des Victoires and the Bourse, the Vivienne flat is exceptionally located in the center of Paris. Very safe and very chic, the 2nd district of Paris is full of cafés, restaurants, luxury boutiques, but also close practical shops to buy your groceries (supermarket, butchers, bakery, grocery, wine cave, etc).
Renovated in 2007 to welcome you better, this immense studio is a typical Parisian apartment with high ceilings, a big bathroom and a glazed parquet. The quality bedding is an additional asset thanks to its new mattress (bought in 2009) 20cm thick ; the assurance of a perfect rest after a long day of visits in Paris.
Of course, this short term rental offers all the equipments of a grand hotel such as wireless Internet access, cable television, hairdryer and many more since you will probably use the fully equipped kitchen to have your meals and will not miss to phone for free your close ones (free phone calls to 96 destinations) to let them know how everything is going.
For groups of friends or big families, the Richelieu apartment that can welcome two supplementary people and the apartment Notre Dame des Victoires (4 people) are in the same building.

Our first trip to Paris would not have been as magical as it was without the help of Giovanni and Aurelien at Paris Flat Rent. They were so helpful and accommodating from the beginning of our apartment search until we checked out. Our Apartment was perfectly located and so charming ! I would definitely recommend Paris Flat Rent and our apartment Vivienne and will be using their services again when we return to Paris ( hopefully sooner than later ! ).

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour grâce à Paris Flat Rent. Le service était tout à fait impeccable du début à la fin et l’appartement, bien qu’un peu petit pour trois adultes, était confortable et très bien équipé. Il est à noter, par contre, que la salle de bain/toilette se ferme à l’aide d’un rideau (aucune porte). Cela étant dit, l’appartement est parfaitement situé pour explorer Paris à pied !
We had a wonderful stay thanks to Paris Flat Rent. The service was impeccable from start to finish and the apartment, while a bit small for three adults, was comfortable and very well equipped. One should note, however, that the bathroom closes with a curtain (no door). That being said, the apartment is perfectly located if you want to explore Paris on foot !

“Un séjour confortable et agréable” by Angel Ouellet
Ma fille venait me rejoindre de Cophenague pour un séjour à Paris dans votre appartement sur Vivienne. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. L'appartement était très bien situé et nous nous sentions en toute sécurité. Nous avons fait la découverte d'excellents restaurants près de l'appartement (rue Montorgueil, St-Denis et Montmarte). L'appartement était confortable et propre. Nous avons eu besoin de renseignements durant notre séjour et Aurélien nous a dirigé aux bons endroits. Je vais vous recommander à deux de mes amies de Québec qui vont à Paris prochainement.

“nice and charming” by Laura Hays
We visited the Vivienne apartment in April, we found it very nice and charming. Super clean and appropriate for traveling with our baby, the cot they provided for us free of charge was a nice plus. Super close to many dinning and groceries options, just 3 blocks to neighboorhood's main street, filled with live music and entertainers in the evenings. Walking distance (about 10-15 min) to Louvre Museum and major attractions. Just one note, apartment is close from a friendly bar, that can get a bit noisy on the weekends, but other than that I totally recommend staying here.
As Aurelienn and Giovanni are easy to work with, and ready to assist. Thanks.

Everything was great ! The location of the apartment is wonderful and the price was really reasonable. Though there were some problems with the Internet connection - only one device can be connected at the same time. Anyway, thanks a lot ! We had a wonderful stay !
