IMPORTANT : This apartment is no longer available due to its rental for an extended period of time. However, if you like the area keep in mind that there is another apartment, the Beauregard studio, in the same building which is available. There is also the Notre-Dame des Victoires apartment in the same district which can house up to four persons.

Wonderful apartment in walking distance to nice places.
We stayed for 4 days (2 adults, 2 children). It was great to have the opportunity to walk to a several nice places, especially for dinner after sightseeing for the whole day! The apartment was clean, well equipped and Giovanni is a wonderful host. We can really recommend to stay there.

“Great Apartment! Great location!” by Melodie & Ramil

Thank you Giovanni & Aurelien for the great rental apartment. It was clean and many attractions were well within walking distance - we ended up walking to Les Halles, the Louve, Notre Dame, Galeries Lafayette, etc.
We want to thank you especially for accomodating us for when we had to stay the extra days due to the Iceland volcanic ash situation!
We will definitely keep you in mind for our future stay when we return to Paris one day!!!
