Flat and neighborhood description
You couldn't dream of a better place to discover Paris and live like a real Parisian ! The Saint Honoré apartment is indeed located a few meters away from the Tuileries garden and the Louvre Museum. No need then to take public transport, since you are already staying in the heart of Paris and will be able to walk to the Louvre, the Orsay Museum, or take a nice walk along the Seine river bank. Of course, you will equally find numerous shops (bakery, butchery, supermarket, etc) close to your apartment, and will not miss the food market on Place Saint Honoré which occurs on wednesdays (from 12:30 to 8 pm) and saturdays (7 am to 3 pm).
The Saint Honoré apartment outstands with its typical preserved Parisian charm. The beams, the ancient stone walls in the living room or the wooden floor will make you instantly feel at home ! A real pleasure when you get tired of impersonal and styless hotel rooms.

We loved staying here ! The apartment was very comfortable, and the location couldn't be beat. Giovanni was prompt, efficient, and very pleasant to deal with. The apartment was quiet, safe, and clean enough. The free wi-fi and long distance phone calls were both very helpful and much appreciated. Not as appreciated was discovering that we needed to provide our own toilet paper and soap for the bathroom - a very minor inconvenience, but an errand future renters should be prepared to run upon arrival. Overall, staying here was a fabulous experience and we would definitely do it again !

My wife and I enjoyed a great 5 days at the St-Honore apartment in early October. The weather was amazing and strolling the Tuileries Garden in the early evening with all the Parisians enjoying the lawns was a real treat. The apartment was so central to sights and transit. Giovanni was great in meeting us and getting us settled in. The apartment was perfect for us with everything we needed...free wifi and long distance calls. Wow

HISTORY
Did you know it ?
Since 1786, a small bronze cannon stood in the center of the Jardin du Palais Royal and thundered precisely at noon on sunny days (with an ingenious magnifying glass system). It was used to set the clocks of Paris. Unfortunately stolen in 1998, you can only admire a copy today.
