Completely refurbished, this apartment of 30m2 is located on the 1st floor (above the ground floor) of typical Parisian building of which its access is secured by a code. Decorated with elegance and simplicity, this apartment is larger by far than many hotel rooms that you can find in Paris.

Despite its location in the town centre, this apartment is particularly quiet as the windows do not face the street.

The apartment comes with a fully equipped open bar / kitchen with stools. You will find all the necessary tools to prepare your meals with all the good products that you will probably have found in the different stores around or at the Saint-Honoré market (read below), famous for its food trade.

The bathroom is functional and well taken care of. It comes with a shower, a washbasin, a towel drying heater and a toilette... The bathroom is separated from the rest of the apartment by a door. So be reassured if you do not like to be disturbed when going to the toilette.

The bedding is comparable to those you can find in good hotels. The bed is very comfortable with a thick mattress, it will guarantee an excellent rest. Furthermore, the sofa can convert into a sofa-bed for a third person.

Lastly, you should know that the apartment is also equipped with cupboards, wardrobes and drawers to put away you luggage and clothes. Is there a better feeling than unpacking upon arrival to feel just like home ?

About the area

The apartment is located in the town centre of Paris (1st district) and close to many metro stations. It only takes 2 minutes to get to the metro station "Palais-Royal - Musée du Louvre", 3 minutes to the station "Pyramides", 8 minutes to the train station "Châtelet - Les Halles". It is also very easy to get to the apartment by train / metro from the airport (CDG and Orly) and the main Parisian train stations.

The apartment is located in the district of the Palais-Royal which shelters the Louvre museum. This is one of the most prestigious district of Paris. If the reputation of the most visited museum of the world is not to do, the Palais-Royal is just as exceptional. This treasure of architecture is composed of galleries, a magnificent garden and a palace where the French Comedy resides which is also know as "La Maison de Molière" (Molière's house).

The neighborhood has also become the temple of elegance and refinement. You will find numerous fashion and decoration stores just like under the sumptuous covered ways that are the galleries Véro-Dodat or Vivienne. But also crafted delicatessen, wine bars, cafés and typical French brasseries that make this district one of the nicest to live in.

One can even be surprised at how this district managed to maintain such a peaceful and user-friendly atmosphere in the heart of hectic capital.

Lastly, if you like good products, do not miss the Saint-Honoré market which is held every Wednesdays (12:30pm to 8:30pm) and Saturdays (7am to 3pm). They have excellent products !

“A real find”

This apartment has a terrific location in a great neighborhood with shops, cafes, restaurants... and also virtually next door to the Louvre !
It is very secure and also exceptionally quiet. It is also quite spacious and very well outfitted. The Metro #1 is close by and makes the rest of Paris easily accessible.

“Wonderful Apatment”

We were very pleased with our experience from the reservation to arrival, Giovanni's help in our little emergency to our departure. This apartment location was just perfect for us. Close to subway station which we took from the train station. Close walk to the Louvre and really everything we wanted to do. Neighborhood restaurants were excellent. We were very happy and will return.

1. Do the windows of the apartment give on to the street ?
No, they give on to the inner courtyard of the building, which is a guarantee of quietness.

2. Are the windows double-glazed ?
Yes, they are well insulated and efficiently protect you from any intrusive outside noise.

3. Is there closet space for putting clothes away ?
Yes, the apartment has adequate closet space to store your clothes and suitcases. Isn’t it nice to know you’ll be neatly installed ?
