Flat and neighborhood description
In the Richelieu flat, you will reside in the center of Paris, in the 2nd district. Very close to the pedestrian Montorgueil area and the Bourse, this rental is ideal to walk your way around Paris or use public transports. Around it, numerous shops (supermarket, bakery, etc) are easily accessible.

My husband and I rented the apartment in October 2011. Paris Flat Rent was very easy to work with and everything was exactly as we expected.
Giovanni was very accommodating and let us into the apartment over an hour earlier than expected for which we were very thankful. The apartment was very clean spacious. The location can't be beat. Everything you could need is close by.
I would definitely rent with Aurelien and Giovanni again.

“Spring in Paris !” by Michelle Dupuis
Location !!! Very central and close to the Louvre, Opéra Garnier, the subway and the very entertaining rue Montorgueil. Some great bistros very close by. Although this will not sound very French... the restaurant Little Italy on Montorgueil is really good ! We truly enjoyed our stay in Paris. Parisians were really kind and helpful with us.
The apartment is cozy and clean. Although we did not use the kitchen, except for the fridge to keep the wine and cheese :), it looked fully equipped. The apartment was a tad noisy when we went to bed late at night with the windows opened, however, not a deal breaker. Our host, Giovanni is very nice and was accommodating for our arrival and early morning departure.
