Thank you for a most enjoyable stay in the apartment. My daughter and I found the property and location to be ideal for a week in Paris. There is a grocery store downstairs along with serveral pastry shops and restaurants. The apartment was clean, homey and welcoming after a long day of touring. “Great location” by Judith Mills
We had a perfect week in Paris at the Palais Royal flat. The location was ideal and walking distance to most things and a short walk to 4 or 5 metro lines. The flat is well laid out with a separate bedroom and very clean. We found the kitchen to be well equipped and the flat screen TV, laptop, internet access and long distance telephone line were a bonus. We got our exercise everyday on the stairs which provided for a very quiet flat. Only the church bells woke us in the morning. Communication with Aurelien as we made arrangements was very friendly and efficient.
Everything was as promised and I would definitely book with Paris Flat Rental again.

We had a wonderful experience with Paris Flat Rent. They are everything they say they are and more. The location was perfect. The apartment had everything you need and more...a phone, a computer, satellite TV. It was quiet, very clean and had a wonderful atmosphere of character. “appartement magnifique” by Caroline Laprise
Mes 3 filles et moi avons passé 2 semaines au Notre Dame des Victoires en août 2011. L'appartement est exactement comme les photos le montrent. En arrivant, nous l'avons même trouvé plus spacieux qu'anticipé. Il y a beaucoup de rangements pour le linge (armoires le long du mur dans le corridor) et dans la salle de bain pour les effets personnels. L'appartement était très propre et il n'y a pas eu de mauvaises surprises. Nous avons pris plusieurs repas à l'appartement, la cuisine est très fonctionnelle et ne manque de rien. Nous avons visité toutes les attractions de Paris à pied et avons parfois pris le métro pour revenir le soir. La station la plus proche est Bourse mais nous avons souvent marché depuis Châtelet-Les Halles qui n'est pas si loin.
La rue Montorgueuil (3 minutes à pieds) était l'endroit où nous allions faire nos emplettes. C'est une rue piétonne où se trouve boucheries, charcuteries, pâtisseries, boulangeries, épiceries, petit resto, etc... Lors de notre prochain voyage à Paris, nous allons réserver à nouveau un appartement de Paris Flat Rent.

HISTORY
Did you know it ?
Since 1786, a small bronze cannon stood in the center of the Jardin du Palais Royal and thundered precisely at noon on sunny days (with an ingenious magnifying glass system). It was used to set the clocks of Paris. Unfortunately stolen in 1998, you can only admire a copy today.
