Flat and neighborhood description

Situated in Montorgueil area, very appreciated by residents for its charm and tranquility, the apartment Notre Dame des Victoires benefits from an ideal spot to visit Paris and live like true Parisians. An area with a village atmosphere, lively at day time and very quiet at night, Montorgueil is one of the only pedestrian areas of Paris ! An asset that seduces the residents but also the neighbors from other districts who come shopping. Indeed, rue Montorgueil has many shops, cafés and restaurants.

Completely refurbished in January 2010, the apartment Notre Dames des Victoires has a very contemporary design inspired by hotels. A wooden floor, high ceilings, a superb chandelier in the living-room, a spacious bathroom with a magnificent shower-tub, giving it a very chic and Parisian aspect. You will also appreciate the high quality furniture and the two beds and mattresses bought in 2009.

Like all our holiday rentals, you will have access to Wi-Fi Internet, cable television, free phone calls towards many destinations, but also a dishwasher and a washing-machine which will be very useful if you travel around Europe for several weeks.

For groups of friends or large families, the Vivienne apartment can welcome up to 3 people and the apartment Richelieu (2 people) are in the same building.

Open from Monday to Saturday up until 9pm, this little supermarket proposes all the food, hygiene, upkeep products. You will also find fresh fruits and vegetables, bread along with conditioned meat and fish. The house delivery service will be very useful if you decide to go shopping on arrival (informations and terms in shop).

Founded in 1730 under Louis XIV, this house is one of the most ancient bakery of Paris. Open everyday of the week, the Patisserie Stoher is a true palace for desserts and sweets, it equally proposes a bit of catering. An inescapable address to appreciate incredible French bakery!
