Flat and neighborhood description
Situated right in the middle of Paris at the edges of the 1st and 2nd districts and close to several metro stations (lines 3, 7 and 14), this apartment is the ideal starting point for visiting a max of museums without losing a minute in public transportation. Very practical when one only disposes of a few days to discover Paris and its numerous touristic attractions. And, rare in Paris, the apartment gives on to a calm street hardly used by cars, so it’s a haven of peace and quiet, very pleasant after a long day’s walking and seeing.
In spite of a floor surface of "only" 21 square meters, this apartment gives off a wonderful impression of spaciousness. It’s composed of a "family room" area with cupboards for storage, a fully equipped kitchen (electric burners, microwave, coffee machine, etc) and all this is separate from the living room and brand new bathroom. Very design, very contemporary, the furniture gives the apartment a functional and very parisian style.
For working, a desk is at your disposal with, of course, an Internet access at accelerated speed and a free international phone connection. Lastly, for relaxing or watching TV (on a flat screen) you’ll appreciate the convertible bed (very comfortable with its top quality box springs and excellent mattress) which turn into a sofa during the day.
For groups of friends or large families, keep in mind the Opera apartment can accommodate four extra people and it’s only a stone’s throw away.

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo trascorso il capodanno a Parigi.
Pur essendo già stato molte volte abbiamo deciso di provare l'esperienza dell'appartamento e devo dire che non appena avrò occasione di tornare (spero al più presto) sicuramente sceglierò di nuovo questa situazione.
Il nostro appartamento era bellissimo e nonostante non fosse molto grande gli spazi erano organizzati benissimo. La posizione poi è ottima perchè è vicinissimo all'operà (dove si arriva con la navetta dall'areoporto) e allo stesso tempo fuori dal caos dei boulevards.
Tornerò sicuramente!!!

Very good location, flat nice and tidy and warm. Access to metro less than 400 metres to Pyramides metro and 10 minutes walk to Paris Louvre Museum. Supermarket very close. Highly recommend. Internet free and telephone calls home free.

“Fabulous Experience Overall” by Fiona
I had an excellent experience in Paris especially with the Moliere apartment - clean, close to the Louvre and many other major sites - this place is a gem !!!
When I go back to Paris, I will definitely stay in one of Giovanni's apartments - so helpful, directions were clear and he was very accomodating with pick up and meeting times.
Overall ? Amazing !!!

In this area, it’s the bakery you just can’t miss. The bread is made the old way, and the Viennese buns are of high quality ; also, they offer a large array of pastries, each of them just as appetizing as the next one. The only problem is you won’t be able to choose ! An address not to miss under any circumstances.

It’s simple : you’ll find here absolutely everything you could ever need. Monoprix is a high-end chain supermarket with arrays of fine food, personal hygiene, make-up and much more. The products are varied and of really good quality. Another asset is that the store is open from Monday through Friday from 9am to 10pm and on Saturday until 9pm.

HISTORY
Did you know it ?
From 1794 to 1820, the Square Valois, situated at the angle of the street, housed the Parisian Opera. But, the assassination of the Duke of Berry (nephew of the King of France), after one of the shows, brought on the demolition of this edifice. Today, it is a public garden with the magnificent Louvois fountain in the middle.
