Flat and neighborhood description

Welcome in the heart of the Marais! Situated at the angle of the rue Vielle du temple and the pedestrian street rue du Trésor, famous for its inescapable restaurants, the Marais apartment benefits from an exceptional spot. Between the underground stations of Saint-Paul and Hôtel de Ville, it is the ideal holiday rental for anyone who wishes to discover this charming quarter and live like true Parisians. Close to the apartment, you will appreciate the incredible diversity of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés.

In a nice building completely refurbished - protected by two security codes - and facing a private yard, the apartment is particularly quiet and has no one opposite in the bedroom. Typically Parisian, the charming decoration will lighten up anybody who has had enough of impersonal and soulless hotel rooms. It is a magnificent place to spend your holiday in Paris, in one of the most beautiful areas of the city.

About the fitting out, this flat disposes of all the commodities of a holiday house rental: cable television, Wi-Fi Internet access, telephone (unlimited for more than 90 destinations), fully equipped kitchen (microwave, coffee pot, kettle, toaster) with a big refrigerator and a few additional equipments. Questions and answers

Do the windows of the apartment give on to the street ?
No, they give on to the inner courtyard of the building, which is a guarantee against street noise.

Are the windows double-glazed ?
No, however the apartment does look over the inner courtyard, so you won’t be inconvenienced by any noise from the street.

Does the apartment have a dryer ?
No, however it does have a washing machine equipped with a very fast spin cycle and you’ll dispose of a laundry rack to hang things out.

Is the toilet inside the apartment or is it shared with other apartments ?
