Situado en el barrio Montorgueil, muy apreciado por los vecinos por su encanto y su tranquilidad, el apartamento Notre-Dame de las Victoires saca provecho de una situación ideal para visitar París y vivir como verdaderos parisinos. ¡ Barrio al ambiente lugareño, animado de día y muy tranquilo por la noche, Montorgueil es uno de los solos barrios de París, casi exclusivamente reservado para los transeúntes ! Una ventaja que seduce a los vecinos pero también los residentes de los barrios cercanos que vienen para visitar el conocido mercado. Particularmente en la calle Montorgueil, que acoge comercios muy numerosos, cafés y restaurantes.
Totalmente renovado en enero de 2010, el apartamento Notre-Dame des Victoires posee un estilo diseño inspirado en los hoteles contemporáneos. Un entarimado de madera crudo, una bella altura bajo techo, una luz soberbia en el salón, una sala espaciosa de baño con una bañera-ducha magnífica, dan un aspecto chic y parisino a este apartamento. “Perfect location!” por Kailey Cole
We stayed at the Notre-Dame des Victoires apartment for 8 nights over Christmas and New Years. Our group was made up of myself, my husband, and another married couple for a total of four adults. We had a wonderful time and having the Notre-Dame des Victoires apartment as a home base greatly aided our experience.
You would never believe it judging by how quiet and peaceful the building was each night as we went to bed. The building was charming with a tiny elevator and a beautiful spiral staircase. There was even an adorable little black cat who made a few appearances in our hallway and loved having his ears scratched.
The apartment itself was very clean, nicely decorated, and everything was in good working order. As far as sleeping arrangements go, the apartment is essentially a big studio with a separate bedroom area for two that is partitioned off with dark, heavy curtains and a sofa bed in the living room that can also sleep two. We all felt comfortable with the amount of privacy we had and never wished for a bigger space. The kitchen also provided everything we needed. It was wonderful to have a refrigerator to store all our cheese and fruit and there was a nice amount of dishes and cutlery.
Probably the biggest charm for us regarding this apartment, however, was the location. It is just far enough away from tourist-central to make you feel like a local but just close enough to make it possible to walk almost anywhere you want to go. We absolutely adored being so close to the Rue Montorgueil market, which Giovanni was kind enough to direct us to on our first night. This little street market is about a five minute walk from the apartment and provides you anything you might want including delicious cafes, fresh fruit, cheese, bread, and seafood stores, and Stohrer, the oldest and one of the best pastry shops in Paris. As young, energetic travelers who are used to walking around a big city, we were able to walk all over from our apartment, making our way to locations including the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, and Notre-Dame. The Eiffel Tower might be a bit of a stretch if you're not a big walker, but the walk to the Louvre was almost too easy.
All this to say, I was quite nervous about making a cross-Atlantic apartment rental, but there was absolutely no need to be. Giovanni and Aurelien were both extremely professional and the apartment was all that was promised and a very good value at that. I would not hesitate to rent from ParisFlatRent again and would recommend it to anyone considering traveling to Paris.

Our stay at the Notre dame apartment couldn't have been better. The location was exceptional. The amenities in the apartment were fantastic - wifi and phone calls and the laundry were greatly appreciated. Everything was fantastic. We will surely book with Paris Flat Rent again when we return to Paris. Thank you

“2 Weeks in Paris” por Ashley Matt
I spent one week at Aurelien and Giovanni's Marais apartment and one at Notre-Dame. Both apartments were comfortable and in such wonderful districts of the city. They were exactly what you'd expect a Parisian apartment to look like. If you have a romantic vision of the city, these apartments will live up to it! Both over looked the building's courtyards and were a perfect spot to come home to after a day of site seeing and cafe sitting. I highly recommend them to anyone. Also, Aurelien was always available and quick to reply to my email messages while Giovanni was prompt and courteous when handling arrivals and departures.

“Parisian Vacation” por Nina Batt
Just wanted to let you know that we really enjoyed our accomodation in Paris at Notre-Dame des Victoires. It was a lovely apartment and close to everything. Once we got our bearings we found everything brilliantly. Thanks to Aurelien and all that assist with out stay very much appreciated.

“Living The Dream” por The Spalding Family
My family and I would like to thank you for a wonderful experience. Staying at the Notre-Dame des Victoires provided many things; convenient location to all sites in Paris, helpful tips and assistance prior to arrival in Paris, all amenities available, comfortable beds, safety and lots of space for Paris standards. It was very easy and comfortable especially having kids who are 9 and 6. I highly recommend using Paris Flat Rent again as I feel that the ease and comfort in dealing with them was bang on.
One thing to travellers, don’t bring lots of stuff, the washing machine works very well.

Fundanda en 1730 bajo orden de Luis XIV, esta casa es una de las más antiguas pastelerías de París. Abierta cada día de la semana, la Pastelería Stohrer es un verdadero palacio del postre, proponiendo tambien comida y pequeña restauración. ¡ Una dirección ineludible para saborear increíbles pasteles a la francesa!
