We really enjoyed our stay in the spacious, quiet, clean, comfortable, stylish apartment with its lovely neighborhood ! Lots of sights were within walking distance and the short distances to several metro stations made it quite easy to explore all farther sights. Thanks to Aurelien, who previously did a great job and answered all my questions ! And thanks to Carlos, who made the formal stuff at our arrival and departure as uncomplicated as possible !

In fine, we had a great trip to Paris - thanks to PFR - and we found it very recommendable !

Apartamento : Notre-Dame des Victoires

The apartment is quite small but very nice, clean and accessorized with all you may need. I found it really perfect for 2 people. It is in a good position, peaceful and only 2 minutes walk from the metro and a supermarket. Once we were even able to get to the city centre on foot in relatively short time. I thank Carlos and Aurelien who have been very kind and helpful. Everything was perfect and I recommend this apartment to everyone !

The flat was in a perfect location for seeing everything, just as advertised. It was very easy to get around paris via the metro as well as the buses. It was clean and in a safe area with lots of eateries very convenient.

We did find the flat a bit small, and next time would like to rent a flat that had a bit more sitting space as there was only one chair except for the stools and the bed.

All in all, a fine experience.

The staff at Paris Flat Rent were efficient, polite and honest. I sensed that had something not been right they would have dealt with it promptly. The flat was steps from the river and all the activity in the Marais. The flat was not just well located and clean but more spacious and better appointed that we had anticipated. It was actually more than a place to just sleep but well suited to relaxing and staying in during the times that it rained heavy or we were just tired. It was a far more satisfying and economic alternative to a hotel. Once again, thanks for everything, until next time.

We had a wonderful stay at the Notre Dame apartment. Close to everything you want to see in Paris. Such a special neighborhood with lots of specialty shops and great restaurants. It was so convenient to have our own flat to return to after a busy day of sight seeing. Thank you Aurelien and Carlos for taking care of everything.

Cozy flat located near great shops in a fun district. Walked to Notre Dame and the Louvre. Metro and RER were so close made all the mini excursions easy. Service was great, apartment perfect for our 1 week stay.

This apartment has a great location, only a block away from a metro station and mini grocery store (now a Carrefour express, not Shopi). We stayed there for 3 nights. It's beautifully decorated and during the day has really nice natural light. At night and early in the morning's the street outside gets sometime noisy, but if the windows are closed it's better. Everything was nice and clean and Carlos (replacing Giovanni who was on vacation) was helpful. Make sure to phone from the airport/train station saying you have arrived.

The Louvre location was great. The apartment is spacious enough for two people to live for a week comfortably. Very nice updated kitchen area and bathroom. Close to many restaurants, museums and the metro. This was a very good value. We will definitely use Parisflats again when we return. Thanks!!!

I've lived in Paris, been many times, but my friend from London had never visited. I wanted to show her the real Paris, not the tourist version.

Working with Aurelien was wonderful. He is professional, quick, and very understanding. The apartment was clean, small, but perfect for our needs! Could've used more towels, but two girls have lots of hair.

Great location, easy to get to, and really just wonderful. I highly recommend this company - I wish they had apartments in other parts of the world! Next time I visit Paris, I will defiantly stay in one of these apartments again!

Nous avons passé une semaine à l'appartement. La chose la plus belle est le fait d'être dans le centre de la ville et être dans le silence le plus profond. Tout était propre et bien équipé. Le lit était vraiment comfortable mais pas trop grand. Malgré tout il était parfait pour deux fiancés en voyage ! Le seul défaut que je peut souligner est la dimension de la douche qui est assez petite.
En conclusion je conseillerai cet appartement à mes amis et à ceux qui veulent passer des jours romantiques et tranquilles pour visiter Paris !

3 days in Paris July 2010. The apartment in St. Honore was perfect - you feel like a local. walk down for the morning baguette and cheese, then make espresso in the kitchen - in the evening pick up some tampanade, pasta and red wine to take to the Seine. in the middle walk to the latin quarter or up the Champs.

Apartment is 4 min walk to Louvre, 5 min to river. Metro and velib bike station 2-3 min.

Clean, newly appointed, quiet and super efficient use of space. Thanks to Giovanni for professional and courteous approach, and local knowledge.

Apartamento : Saint-Honore

The apartment was the perfect choise for our trip to Paris and I can absolutely recommend it. Very central (10 minutes walk to the Louvre, to Centre Pompidou or Marai), settled in charming part of Paris with lots of cafes, restaurants and bars. Still the apartment is absolutly quiet, so you can rest perfectly after a long day of sightseeing or shopping. The place is really beautifully decorated, as shown on the web and well equiped. Thank you Giovanni for your warm welcome and being helpfull whenever needed.

Feel free to correct my english. It's not that perfect. Hope we'll come to Paris again soon. For sure we will book one of your places again.

The apartment was clean and spacious. It is just a 10 minutes walk to the Louvre and there are many restaurants nearby the apartment. Giovanni and Aurelien are very helpful and accomodating.

Overall, I will definitely recommend it to my friends and we will stay again in the apartment next time that my family and I will visit Paris. : )

We were so sad to leave the Marais apartment after a fabulous week's stay. The location on rue vielle du temple was second to none - we miss the gorgeous bars, bakery and cheese shop just across the road. The apartment was perfect for two, we felt completely at home. With so many great restaurants within walking distance (and choice of different metro lines nearby) we didn't make full use of the kitchen, but know we will definitely be back. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Our group was so glad we decided to stay at this apartment.

Aurelien and Giovanni make sure you are well prepared prior to your arrival at the apartment. The correspondence was professional and prompt. On arrival day we met with Giovanni, who was extremely nice. He showed us around the apartment. It was plenty big for three of us, and I couldn't see a problem with four people. The apartment was incredibly clean and many things seemed new. The washing machine was a lifesaver, as we all had dirty laundry. The location was great - close to many shops and metro stops.

Staying in this apartment made my experience in Paris that much better. In the future, I would definitely stay in an apartment again over a hotel.

I could not recommend this apartment more, and Aurelien and Giovanni are extremely pleasant to work with.

We've had a very pleasant stay in the Richelieu during our weekend in Paris. The appartment is located very central. The appartment was clean and the bed good. During our stay it was quit warm, but an airco was provided. The owner is a very nice and relaxed guy. The only comment I could make is the water-pressure in the shower, but that wouldn't prevent us from coming back !

Bob and I were just delighted with the studio - it was more than enough room for 2 people. It was strategically located - amazing location for the Louvre and the Metro was so very close which took us everywhere in Paris. Neat and clean.

We had a lovely stay at the Marais apartment. The location was perfect - plenty of wonderful restaurants and shops at our doorstep and the metro only a five minute walk. Aurelien was very organized and professional and provided a wonderful pdf on tips for arriving in Paris, the arts/museums/restaurants and other helpful hints. Even our son was comfortable in the babycot provided. We would definitely stay again.

Seule en vacances avec ma fille, j'ai espèré trouver un lieu calme et sécurisant... C'était le cas, quartier tranquille, mais au centre de tout ce qu'on peut voir, du Louvre à la Tour Eiffel, au Sacré Cœur etc... Et surtout, à deux pas la rue Montorgueil, piétonne, remplie de petits magasins, restaurants...
L'appartement est agréable, fonctionnel, lumineux et bien équipé, et son propriétaire très serviable. Je ne chercherai pas ailleurs lorsque je retournerai à Paris et conseille cette location à toute personne désireuse de passer d'agréables vacances.

Stayed at the Saint-Honore flat for 2 weeks, it is such a wonderful experience for me. The flat is in the center of everything. I can walk to Lourve in about 5 minutes and get to see the sunset by the river all the time. This is also very close to shopping district. It is particularly good during the sales season! :)
Aurelien & Giovanni, thanks for everything. You are very warm and friendly. I been to Paris before, but not like this time, I really feel I don't want to leave... :)

The apartment was in an excellent position for us as we had stayed close by on another visit to Paris and knew our way around the area. It is within walking distance of the Seine and all that is near it.

The apartment was clean and in excellent condition. Giovanni met and welcomed us and showed us the apartment. We stayed in Summer and it was quite hot so we found the winter weight duvet too hot at night. I would suggest you provide a top sheet. There is definitely only room for two but overall we enjoyed our stay in this apartment.

ParisFlatRentals gave us excellent service. I would book through them again.

We love the location, we have very nice cafe, bakery, shopping mall, supermarket, seriously, everything ! And we walked to Notre-Dame and some other attractions and back home to rest before heading out again.

Other than location, we were very thankful to Giovanni and Aurelien. They were helpful, friendly, we totally felt we could rely on them should we run into any problem during our stay. We felt very safe with them =)

Definitely will recommend them to anyone who has plans for a Paris living experience !

Easy to get to from the airport via Chatelet - Les Halles train station. Walking distance to everything, Metro close by. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed in the Beauregard studio where our every need was met. This residence is in the area of the young and hip Bonne Nouvelle neighborhood from which every road leads to the coolest of cool in Parisian shopping, dining and sightseeing. The best part is, you can visit Paris without feeling like a tourist when you reside in a private apartment. There are plenty of Boulangeries and supermarkets from which you can purchase picnic lunches and breakfast items. The studio was very clean, modern, cozy and well equipped. Giovanni was such joy and so patient with us as we locked ourselves out on the first day. For the traveler who seeks to become one with the host culture, this apartment is for you !

My husband, mother and I stayed in the Richelieu and Vivienne apartments for 6 nights in June 2010 and cannot fault ! Giovanni and Aurelien were incredibly friendly and easy to deal with and the flats were exactly as shown in the photos. Great location if your looking for some nightlife as all the great restaurants and bars were within easy walking distance ! Will definately stay again with Paris Flat Rent.

My husband and I spent a week in the Louvre studio for our honeymoon. It was perfect! The apartment is beautiful and has everything you need for your stay. We loved being right in the center of Paris and conveniently located near the Metro Line 1 if we wanted to see other parts of the city. Giovanni and Aurelien were so helpful in preparing us for our stay, recommending places to eat etc. We can't wait to go back and stay at this apartment again!

We stayed in the Beauregard studio and absolutely love it. The location was excellent in a downtown area, the room was great. It did not have a studio feel at all. The area of town was great as well, restaurants, cafes, bars, grocery stores, and train stations were all within walking distance.
Giovanni was great and gave us some suggestions of places to go. We highly recommend staying here and would rent from here again.

We stayed in the Louvre flat for 3 days and had a really great experience with it. The flat is literally a 4 minute walk from the Louvre, and it is in a great location. Close to everything, I highly recommend using the Velib bike system as well, which has two locations very close as well.

Studio Beauregard was simply perfect! This was our first time renting a vacation apartment and we were feeling apprehensive initially. However our worries were unfounded, as Giovanni and Aurelien were very professional and the admin matters were a breeze for our 4 nights stay.

The apartment was very conveniently located near the train station (just 3 mins away), and there are supermarkets and restaurants all around (especially Rue Montorgueil! which was such a Parisian experience on a sunday morning!)

Moreover, this apartment was in a safe neighborhood, which further enhanced this great experience!

My husband and I had a great stay in this apartment. We brought our 9 month old son and Giovanni provided a baby cot for us. The apartment was very close to a lot of great things (including rue Montorgueil, which we loved!) and there were very modern and comfortable amenities. Both Aurelien and Giovanni were very helpful and gave us great tips for our stay in Paris. We loved having an apartment with a kitchen while we were in Paris, and we would definitely book an apartment with them again ! The free international phone calls were great too because we were able to call home to the states when we were up in the middle of the night with the baby !

We enjoyed a great stay at Richelieu apartment from 3rd to 10th june 2010. Great location to take walk rides to central "arrondissements". Easy connection to airport Charles de Gaulle from Les Halles and/or to metro/RER/bus lines. The flat is just as it looks on the site. The neighbourhood and sourroundings is nice and lively (and at the same time not too crowded : definitly NOT a tourist-trap) with everything at disposal : cafe, bistrot, restaurants, bakers, markets, shopping... Easy check in and out with kind Giovanni. We recommend this apartment to everyone.

We had an amazing time in Paris and it was due in most part to this apartment. The location was GREAT ! We walked everywhere...the Louvre, Notre Dame, ect. But the neighboorhood surrounding this apartment was what was really amazing. We ate at so many tasty cafes, plus the block behind the apartment was full of wonderful fresh food markets during the day. It worked fine for us with 4 people... a little small, but you really shouldn't be spending much time in the apartment when there is so much going on right outside.

The apartment was light and airy and in a great location that didnt suffer from lots of noise and there were lots of little bars and restaurants near by. Only a two minute walk from the Metro too (Bourse). Really well decorated, and the laptop in the apartment was a great bonus for us planning our days out. Giovanni was really friendly and helpful throughout the booking process and stay. We will definitely use Paris Flat Rent again if we return to Paris, and will recommend to family and friends. Only thing to note with this apartment is the low ceilings due to the beams and quite a few flights of stairs to get up to the apartment if you have any mobility difficulties. Was really perfect for us though.

We enjoy our stay in the Vivienne apartment for the most part. The apartment was very clean although it could use some painting in some areas. We could walk to most of the places that we wanted to go which was very convenient and save us some money. Giovanni and Aurelien were always available and very helpful. The information that we received about the location upon our arrival was very helpful as well. The only negative aspect that I found was the location which was noisy at night on weekends. Thank you !

Paris met us with rain, but Giovanni’s smile and friendly attitude transformed everything from there ! We found the flat to be at the very centre of the liveliest and fun place in Paris. Extremely easy to walk to almost all the main attractions of the right and left bank. The flat was more than accommodating : nice wide bed, many windows and it is located at the back of the building and therefore, is very quiet. Ask Giovanni for the best fromagerie in the neighborhood, amazing cheese !

Already recommended the place to my friends and family ! Thank you very much !

Wonderful apartment in walking distance to nice places.
We stayed for 4 days (2 adults, 2 children). It was great to have the opportunity to walk to a several nice places, especially for dinner after sightseeing for the whole day! The apartment was clean, well equipped and Giovanni is a wonderful host. We can really recommend to stay there.

I stayed in the Palais-Royal apartment for most of a week while in Paris for a meeting. It was comfortable and convenient. The central location was great for getting to lots of places easily. The apartment itself was nicely decorated and well-equiped. I would definitely stay there or in another one of Giovanni's apartments when in Paris again.

Great apartment, love the decor, perfectly placed in the centre of Paris and boasting that rare thing, a sofa bed that is both a comfortable sofa and a comfortable bed (plus a great and funky double-bed-on-a-stage arrangement). Would definitely stay there again.

With our 3,5 years old daughter, we could walk to lots of places from the apartment. The metro station is very close. There are cafes, patisseries, bakers in the street and in the close streets. We loved the kitchen, it was very comfortable and the bathroom was also good. We recommend this apartment for those who want to feel Paris.

Great apartment on a lively street in the 2nd. Short walk to Rue Montorgueil where there is an abundance of shops, restaurants, and bakeries. Close proximity to the Metro and RER also made it easy for us to get around the city.

Apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay (looked just like the pictures). Great communication from Giovanni and Aurelien, which made our booking process really simple and straightfoward.

We stayed in the Marais apartment for 9 nights and loved the great location, quietness in the busy city and the wifi, phone calls and quaintness of the studio.
We did have a few challenges that needed improvement:
1. We were only given 1 key for the two of us. This made coordination of arriving and leaving very challenging for two people with different agendas.
2. There was no top sheet for the bed - just a duvet and its cover - which Giovanni said was traditional.
Other than that we were very happy.

Nice apartment, just as described online. Were a bit surprised to find the closet full of clothes so we could not hang ours up, but otherwise it was a nice place to stay. Somebody else suggested extra towels, I would agree to that. Great area with cafes, shops and the bike station across the street - you stay here like you would if you had a small apartment in Paris : simple but cozy :)

Both Giovanni and Aurelien were very helpful! The apartment was just as advertised - very clean and in a great, central location. Very comfortable bed, much better than sofa beds advertised by other rental agencies. The landline phone with free calling to the States was a bonus! Can't wait to use Paris Flat Rent again soon!

Flat was comfortable and near metro line making it easy to go anywhere we wanted. Neighborhood shops and bistros were good. A laundry nearby (20 meters from the building !) was a plus as we were traveling elsewhere after our stay in Paris. An overall good experience. We loved the location of this flat. We enjoyed being on such a fun and lively street and so close to the stores and small cafes. The flat seemed a little cluttered and would be better if there were a few less pieces of furniture. Also, good addition would be better quality of towels. Buy your own soap and paper towels are nice for cleaning up if you use the kitchen.

We loved our Paris visit and a plus is that the Hop On Hop Off bus stops right in front of the apartment. If we had known this we would have used it more and walked a little less !

I would like to thank Giovanni and Aurelien for helping to make my stay in Paris unforgettable. The location was exceptional, only steps away from the many of the major sites one would want to visit as well as shopping and metro stops. The apartment itself had everything anyone would need to make a quick meal and was clean and welcoming. I travel alone and felt absolutely safe. Thank you for being so accommodating when my travel plans were affected by the volcanic ash issue.

We rented this apartment for four days and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is clean, nicely decorated, very quiet and in an excellent location.
You can easily walk to the Louvre, the Latin Quarter and the wonderful Marche d'Aligre food markets, plus the St Paul metro station is just across the road. The neighbourhood has plenty of lovely boulangeries, boutiques and bistrots, and there's a supermarket across the road if you want to self-cater (very easy in the apartment - the kitchen has everything you need).
Giovanni was punctual and helpful, as were all the team at Paris Flat Rent. I'd thoroughly recommend staying in this apartment.

El sistema de reserva se desarrolló con facilidad, seriedad y amabilidad. Lo mejor de todo, la zona en la que está situado, en un barrio muy animado, cerca de lugares muy bellos y de interés (se puede ir paseando y disfrutando a la vez). La divertida calle Montorgueil está al lado. Otra ventaja es que a 5 minutos andando están los parking de Les Halles, donde puedes dejar el coche aparcado sin problemas y por un precio semanal muy barato.

El apartamento estaba limpio y perfectamente acondicionado. Lo mejor : una amplia ducha, un amplio armario y una cocinita diminuta pero con todo lo necesario. Lo peor : el horrible ruido de desintegración de residuos. Tampoco nos resultó cómoda la cama, que se hundía en el centro.

En cuanto al trato recibido por Giovanni, muy amable y dispuesto a escucharnos y ayudarnos en todo lo que pudiera. Realmente fue muy atento. Cuando volvamos a París no tendré inconveniente en volver a alquilar otro apartamento a ParisFlatRent por su seriedad, atención y amabilidad.

I was in Paris with my grand daughter to celebrate her high school graduation. The location of the flat was perfect as we were able to get around mainly by walking, access to Metro and tour buses were very convenient.

My boyfriend and I stayed in the Montorgueil apartment and absolutely loved it! It was really central and we walked everywhere, plus had great bars, restaurants and a street market on our doorstep.

Giovanni and Aurelien were really helpful with all the arrangements. It was our first time in Paris and it was so great to get some recommendations from Aurelien about places to eat or go for a picnic :)

We had an amazing stay: from watching the sun rise from the steps of Sacre Coeur to a picnic in Luxemburg Gardens - can't wait to return to Paris and will definitely use Paris Flat Rent again!

The information you sent us before our stay was excellent. We travelled from the Orly airport to the appartment for 3 Euro each, by using the 285 bus and the metro. We would never have known about this cheap and charming way of travelling had it not been for your info (seemingly there were no other tourists on the bus, just people from Paris). We appreciated Giovanni's availability, and that he came as appointed.

My wife and I enjoyed very much the stay in your appartment in Marais. Its placement couldn't be better. The flat was calm, but still in a quartier full of life. We walked to Louvre and Musée d'Orsay. The appartment was nice and romantique. Some points for improvement : Check that furniture and utensils are OK. The glass in the cafetière was broken when we arrived. The upholstery of one of the green chairs was teared.

However, over all we enjoyed the stay in your appartment, in Marais and in Paris very much.

With husband and son we spent 5 days in the apartment Vivienne, which is very conveniently situated. We could do practically everything walking. The neighbourhood offers all we needed regarding restaurants and shopping. It is also only 15 min walking from the Chatelet metro, where the airport-train has its final stop. The apartment had all we needed and Giovanni was always available.

I already recommended ParisFlatRent to some friends. Will certainly use ParisFlatRent again ! Being in tourismbusiness myself, I really appreciated their efficiency !

Per la nostra prima volta a Parigi abbiamo scelto l'appartamento Notre-Dame des Victoires. Che dire ? MAGNIFICO ! L'appartamento era addirittura più bello che nelle fotografie... Pulitissimo, spazioso e funzionale,l'arredo nuovissimo e i letti veramente comodi (e dopo una giornata in giro è un elemento da non trascurare...). La posizione centralissima e strategica ci ha consentito di girare tutta la città sia piedi che in bicicletta, che in metropolitana che in battello. Tutto era davvero a portata di mano ! Per non parlare poi della vicinanza del mercato e dei supermercati... Insomma, una vacanza veramente fantastica, torneremo sicuramente !

After 4 nights at the Richelieu apartment, we stayed for 3 nights at the Studio Beauregard. As always, Giovanni was very punctual in meeting us at the apartment, where he outlined all its features.
The apartment is newly renovated and comfortable, with the only downside being little privacy with regard to the bathroom (one step away from the bed with sliding door). Like the Richelieu, this apartment is also in a great location, with easy access to two different metro stops nearby as well as the fantastic Rue Montorgueil, where many great stores and cafes are located. The apartment has a lot of natural light, the building is very quiet and the bed was very comfortable.
Upon our departure, once again Giovanni was very punctual and yet again helped us carry down our luggage. I would also like to note that booking this and the Richelieu apartment was very easy, professional and painless. Giovanni is a pleasure to work with and very reliable. Staying in an apartment definitely beats renting a hotel room, not only allowing for more space but also providing a better city experience. On our future trip to Paris we would definitely consider Paris Flat Rent again.

My boyfriend and I stayed in this apartment for 4 nights at the beginning of April and really enjoyed it.
Despite the fact that we were an hour and a half late in our arrival, Giovanni met us within five minutes of our arrival at the apartment and helped us with our luggage.
The first thing we noticed is that it looked exactly as it was advertised it the photographs on the website. The bathroom is quite large and allows for privacy, however, the shower water pressure leaves a lot to be desired.
There is a lot of natural light in the apartment, the free long distance and wi-fi are a great feature.
The apartment is located in a great area (ten minute walk to the Louvre and the Seine), with very few tourists, which allows you to experience the reality of living in Paris. The nearby Rue Montrogueil is fantastic, with many shops, boutiques and cafes.
On the weekends there is some noise from the street, however, in general the area is fairly quiet. Great stay overall!!!

My husband & I stayed at the Saint-Paul le Marais for 5 nights during our first trip to Paris. The metro is right across the street but to be honest we walked almost everywhere we went except to the Eiffel Tower & Montmartre. The river is just a few blocks away & we loved eating in the neighborhood and on Ile St. Louis. We walked to the Louvre; Notre Dame; the Musee D'Orsay; the L'Orangerie; through the very interesting Le Marais neighborhood. The apartment was just right -- in the perfect location but very quiet. Giovanni was extremely timely and he carried my VERY heavy suitcase up to the third floor [remember in paris you start on the ground floor so that's 3 flights up]. Bring a washcloth with you & shampoo but the apartment has the rest. We would definitely stay here again & have already recommended it to our friends.

My sister-in-law and I spent a week in this apartment. We had a wonderful time. The best part about the apartment was the location, we were literally minutes away from all the major sites by foot. There was easy access to three different metros and innumerous restaurants and shops.

We will definitely be using Paris Flat Rent again. Aurelien and Giovanni were professional and personable.

My daughter and I just stayed in the Notre-Dame Des Victoires apartment and loved it. It is very new and clean and spacious! From day one when we contacted them, Aurelien has been very responsive and gave us all the useful information for the apartment and our trip in Paris. The location is superb and you really can't ask for any better one. It is just a few blocks away from the city center. We could walk to so many attractions. My fiancee and I stayed in the Marais for a week at one of Giovanni's flats and it was a lovely experience in every possible way.

We arrived around midnight yet Giovanni cheerfully met us, helped with the luggage, showed us the details of the apartment and made sure everything was to our satisfaction.

The apartment itself was well appointed and stocked as promised with essential goods. It was located a 2 minutes walk from the Louvre and we found it a most convenient location.

The kitchen had everything we needed, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom quite satisfactory and the heating was excellent.

During the visit we needed Giovanni to answer a technical question regarding Internet access which he did promptly and which enabled full access immediately. The free phone to landline numbers was an unexpected and most appreciated feature.

On departure, Giovanni was promptly on time, swift in his appraisal and refunding of the bond.

In short, we would not hesitate to stay there on all future visits to Paris – it was great value and the service we experienced was excellent.

We had a very good stay at the apartment, was as advertised, near many amenities, like supermarket, bakeries, restaurants and really just a 200M walk to the Louvre & metro. Very accessible to most of the attractions & a nice 25 minute stroll can get you to Printemps or galleries departmental store.
The Owner Giovanni even helped us to lug all of our luggage from the apartment to the nearest taxi stand to take a taxi to the airport.
Will stay at this apartment again if i am in Paris.

We had a great stay at this apartment. It is in a great location and close to many things. The whole experience was very nice. I usually stay at new boutique hotels but I like to mix it up with apartment rentals. The only issue I had was the water pressure in the shower, I have pretty long and thick hair and like to have a very strong water pressure to wash my hair and the water pressure was not a powerful one, but it was tolerable. It would not prevent me from renting here again, so its not a super huge deal. Once again I would gladly stay here again. :)

I stayed in this apartment with my two sisters in early March 2010. It was a wonderful experience. Location was excellent. Service was excellent and it really was a blast. Do not hesitate to stay at one of these flats. My only critique is that there was water coming from somewhere in the bathroom that would leak onto the floor and the ledge above the sink. Because the experience was so great otherwise, I didn't even really mind. There was a street behind the flat that had fresh markets and bakeries. It was truly unique.

We found ParisFlatRent and were impressed with how professional the website is, and so comprehensive. Everything was above board that it was clearly to be trusted. Aurelien was very accommodating with our queries and requests and this was much appreciated.

We were equally impressed with our welcome to the apartment by Giovanni who also gave all sorts of tips regarding the neighborhood, and we received a very generous document from Aurelien detailing the use of the apartment and listing current shows and exhibits. The apartment was nice and clean and bright, and though there was some noise from the street, it was bearable (it was actually interesting to watch the street come to life in the morning!). The wi-fi was fast and reliable, which was great. It's centrally located (near the Georges Pompidou and the Louvre) with two metro stops just minutes away. We loved the neighborhood, particularly nearby Rue Montorgueil which was busy with restaurants, cafes and bars open till late at night and has two or three supermarkets.

We stayed for one week in the Beauregard Studio this March, 2010. Upon our arrival, we found the decoration in the apartment to be modern and beautiful. Everything seemed brand new. All of the amenities were top notch as well. The bed was big and comfortable for two, there was satellite flat screen tv and everything we needed to prepare meals at home in the kitchen.

We had never done a flat rental previously since we usually try to save money and rent a private room in a hostel however with prices in Paris what they are, the flat was of a comparable price to the hostels.

The location of this flat was perfect. I wasn't familiar with the area before staying there however I was pleasantly surprised with the Rue Montorgueil to be a frenetic little road that contained everything you could possibly need for food shopping and plenty of great cafes too. It's not super touristy in this area which is even better. Plus, we were only a 10 minute walk to Les Halles and a 2 minute walk to Bonne Nouvelle metro station. We were really happy with the location.

We will definitely stay with Paris Flat Rent again. Thanks very much to Giovanni and Aurelien for making the whole rental experience effortless and comfortable.

I rented the Notre-Dame flat for a period of 4 weeks and absolutely loved the experience. The location is perfect. The neighborhood is full of great restuarants and bars, and generally has a very vibrant and festive atmosphere. The flat is right in the center of Paris, walking distance from the Louvre, and well connected to all parts of Paris, through the several metro and RER stations in the area. The flat itself is quite large and modern decoration and furniture, a new and well-equiped kitchen and a comfortably-sized bathroom. The staff of ParisFlatRent were particularly helpful and responsive to any issue and available at any time. A very enjoyable stay !

Just returned to the US from a pleasure/business trip to France and UK. I had the opportunity to find the Paris Flat Rent site and was impressed by their site & the customer feedback (including helpful hint about bringing a bit of dish soap/bath soap). The experience was just as good as I had hoped. The apartment was in a great location near Louvre, boulangerie, cafes & metro. While the flat did not a great view from the windows all I had to do was just walk outside the front door about 2 blocks to find myself at the Louvre.

Having stayed in moderately-priced hotels in Paris for work, I found the flat bigger than many of the hotel rooms I have had and the bathroom quite large by Paris/EU standards. Aurelien (web designer/host) and Giovanni (on-ground host) were very helpful and communicative when I had questions about the flat, my stay or recommendations for things to do in the area. Overall - great stay at a well-placed, comfortable, clean flat ! Many thanks to the Paris Flat Rent team.

We were very pleased with the Louvre studio for our first trip to Paris. The location was FANTASTIC and the apartment clean and comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable and the shower had nice hot water. Giovanni and Aurelien are very kind and hospitable. The building is on a very quiet street with no traffic, but the apartment was slightly noisy from the neighbors one night (walking above on hardwood floors, running water... ie : typical apartment living). The flat looked out onto a blank cement wall, so I would have preferred a bit of a view, even of the street below.

But this apartment is an excellent value, and met all our needs as tourists in this divine city ! I recommend these accomodations due to the kindness of the landlords, comfort, and location.

My only regret in booking this apartment is that we could not stay longer. The Richelieu apartment was clean, comfortable, and safe. The location was great with shops and metro stops near by. We can't wait to go back!

I loved my stay at the Saint Paul le Marais Apt. The transactions easy and uncomplicated. The apartment is perfect for a couple - tastefully decorated and very conveniently located in the charming neighborhood of Marais with its small boutiques and cafes as well as just across or down the street from all the necessities (supermarkets, banks, bakeries, pharmacies...). The metro is a convenient line - with the station just across the street all of Paris is just a short walk or ride away.

Myself and my boyfriend stayed here for a week in February 2010. The location was great and Giovanni was very accomodating with our late arrival time! The flat was very clean although we were a little disappointed that we only seemed to have two english channels and the dvd player didn't work ! I would recommend this flat and using Parisflatrent to rent from as they are very professional and friendly.

J'ai aimé la localisation de l'appartement Vivienne, la propreté des lieux, le téléphone gratuit à l'étranger sur des fixes. J'ai également énormément apprécié le petit guide qui m'avait été envoyé 2 jours avant ma visite sur Paris indiquant les expositions et activités culturelles en cours.
Si je devais donner des commentaires pour voir les lieux s'améliorer, je mentionnerais l'achat de ceintre permettant de suspendre des pantalons (et pas seulement des vestes). :)
Sinon l'appartement était très joliment décoré et m'a permis de profiter pleinement de mon séjour à Paris.

I stayed in the Richelieu apartment for 3 days in mid-February, and honestly, I cannot say enough good things about my experience! First of all, I was very impressed with the the professionalism of correspondence with Aurelien and Giovanni beforehand. Although I was making the arrangements from the US, they did everything they could to make me feel very comfortable with the arrangements.

Upon arrival, my boyfriend and I were extremely impressed with the accomodations. The apartment exceeded my expectations from the photos and was a very clean and welcoming environment. Giovanni made us feel right at home and familiarized us with all the amenities in the neighborhood. He even gave us a lunch recommendation! We really enjoyed the area as we were close to nice restaurants and bars, as well as all of the sites, which were either in walking distance or easily accessible by metro.

This experience was far superior to staying in a hotel, and I would recommend it to anyone who wants a little more privacy and self-sufficiany in the beautiful city of Paris. I will definitely work with ParisFlatRent in the future should I visit again.

We always knew that no matter how cold we felt outdoors, that our apartment in Jean Jacques Rousseau would provide warmth and comfort. In addition, because of its great central location, it wasn't far to walk to the many galleries and shops of interest in the nearby vicinity. The arrangements within the unit were small but perfectly adequate for a couple, and we were easily able to keep ourselves very well organized, clean and tidy throughout our stay. We found patisseries and grocers nearby, as well as inexpensive cafes and upmarket restaurants. We hope to return again next year, it has been a very rewarding and easy stay.

The flat was in a wonderful neighborhood, and we can recommend it. One can hear voices in the neighboring apartment, but they ended before midnight. One caution -- there are two stairways once one enters the building. What a great apartement! It's clean, complete and warm, (we stayed during wintertime) and near all the great attractions of Paris. We walked to the louvre, the eiffeltower and arc de triomphe. If you don't mind 'some' sounds of the street at night (which I slept through) then this is a really great place to stay!

I simply am amazed at the cost for such a great accommodation. Minutes from the grocery store and metro (Paris subway). Walking distance to main attractions (or a connection to ones farther away). Giovanni and Aurelin were super helpful both before I had arrived and at time of arrival. I was so impressed with their quick responses when needed. Great location. Loved the neighborhood. Many wonderful and diverse choices for food and drink. Paris was so crowded because of the holidays that is was nice to be a bit away from the hustle. Could have used a few more towels. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Be prepared for some noise from the bar/restaurant below. Giovanni was a great host with some nice suggestions for using the RER to get to airport. Easy walk.

What a wonderful experience it was to stay at the Richelieu. The location is ideal. From there, my daughter and I were able to walk all of Paris. The local shops and restaurants make it a great, really great and exciting neighborhood. Not only was my welcome warm, but Giovanni helped me locate "mon petite fils perdue en Paris". The linens are the finest and waking up to the smell of fresh coffee brewing in the flat on a cold winter morning was amazing. This option to a hotel room is the best !

The Vivienne was perfect for our small family of 3 and Paris has so much to offer that we were barely at our apartment ! Right after we arrived we walked to Notre Dame & the next day the Louve. The neighborhood is rich in restaurants and we felt safe walking at all hours.

The main bed is reported as a sofa bed, but let me say it is SO comfortable it's a shame to use "sofabed" to describe it. Its new matress is heaven. The apartment's internet woked without fail. Everything was as represented. Giovanni was very helpful and we would definately stay with Paris Flat Rent again.

We stayed at the Marais apartment right next to St.Paul metro in the 4eme arron. Great location to wander the marais (cafe's, restaurants and shops) and then on to the sights (Le Louvre's about 10 minutes walk).

The apartment is exactly as it is in the photos - a mix of the new kitchen and bathroom, with eclectic artwork and style in a typical Parisian apartment.

Everything works well, and the free internet and international phone calls are a true value add (you don't get those in hotels!)

Staying over New Years in Paris, we never had the heating on and were still very comfortable.

If you're like me (and over 6" tall) the double bed is still comfortable.

Don't stay in hotels, the 2-3 star range in Paris are tiny, old and bland. You have to pay quite a bit to get the same level of facilities and comfort as you do in the apartment (and you have the flexibility of cooking in from the markets!).

Apartamento : Saint-Paul le Marais

The Louvre apartment offered an excellent location, and a clean, warm flat at a very attractive price. It is larger than other studios I've rented in Paris, though the view was minimal ! I loved the 1er arr. and the little rue Jean Jacques Rousseau, which had a wine shop, boulangerie, and Japanese, Chinese, Italian, pizza and French restaurants all just steps away.

Don't forget soap for the bathroom, and don't expect to do your best cooking - there's no oven, just a microwave. Nonetheless, we made a fine ratatouille and had chocolat chaud and Gosselin's 'best of Paris' baguettes for breakfast each morning. Gorgeous!

Aurelien and Giovanni were both very responsive, and warrant success in their venture.

Stayed Early November and the apartment was great. Close to everything, yet away from the touristy spots.

Everything was clean and neat, and much larger than ordinary hotel rooms. Only wish the water pressure/volume in the shower can be better.

I spend one month in Le Marais apartment at it was absolutely fantastic. The appartment was perfect for me, small but super cosy and cute. Romantic and very Parisian. The whole building is very Parisian and the neighbourhood couldn't be better. Whoever wants to live a really Parisian experience, don't hesitate!

Giovanni was very informative and helpful. The flat was accommodating for us three during our stay. Windows closed it was surprisingly quiet for being on a busier street. When the windows were open, it was a different story ! I guess it didn't help that we happened to be in Paris during the annual release of the new wine of France : Beaujolais ! Rather than close the windows and mope, we decided to join the party !

Location wise, the Richelieu is walking distance to everything you need in Paris. Metro stations, restaurants, shops, the Louvre, etc. Couldn't ask anymore than being in the HEART of Paris.

Giovanni is the best. I highly recommend this apartment if you want a central location in Paris & all the modern comforts in a secure building. The apartment is just like the photos. No surprises. Metro & bus nearby but you can walk most places from this apartment.

The wine shop across the street has a terrific selection. The bakery across the street is good but the one around the corner on rue de Rivoli is better. Mila bar stays open late with music. Numerous restaurants in the area.

Would stay there again because of the central location & Giovanni's service.

We stayed in the Montorgueil flat for two weeks and found it an enriching exposure to Paris apartment living. It was a perfect location for our walking to the Opera Garnier and many other locations and also convenient to the metro or buses. We stayed in the Marais flat for just over a week in late October and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The flat is cozy, warm, clean and quiet yet large enough to be very functional. We used the kitchen several mornings and there is plenty of space to whip up a nice breakfast.

The neighborhood has good restaurants, cafes and bars. The supermarket is directly across the street and there is even a laundry about a block away if you want to pack light and do some wash in Paris.

The metro stop on the one line is 50 meters from the from the front door and the surface transportation (bus) is right there as well. If walking is your desire you are very close to the latin quarter and Notre Dame, the Lourve and the Bastille market are not far. The location is ideal.

Giovanni was exactly what we wanted in a host. He is professional, punctual, knowledgeable and helpful. The flat was exactly as advertised with no surprises, concerns or disappointments. This flat is highly recommended.

Apartamento : Saint-Paul le Marais

I stayed at the Beauregard apartment for close to a week end Oct/Early Nov. As I am quite familiar with Paris, I found the location ideal : Conveniently within the city centre but still away enough from the hustle and bustle of it all. Tucked away in a little street, it's quiet and private. (I've previously stayed at another of their apartment and compared to that, this one is much quieter). In terms of its floor plan, it's also bigger than an average Paris hotel room unless you're talking Georges V – and trust me, even that one is not a HUGE room.

And to top it all, Giovanni even graciously agreed to change the bedlinens at my request to an all-white scheme even though the apartment came with beige/brown ones.. Now that's service.
any downside? Only two .. Think there should be a light source in the wardrobe. It's too dark and you have to make doubly sure you didn't leave anything – like your intimos – behind. Secondly, the apartment could benefit with a full length mirror. But apart from that, it's really more than what one could ask for.

Highly recommended !

My husband and I had a great stay at the Vivienne Apartment. The location could not have been better - just a few minutes to the Louvre, rue Montorgeuil and other must see attractions. There are several Metro stops in walking distance and many cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood.

The apartment is in an old, beautiful building. The apartment itself is clean, bright and comfortable with a spacious bathroom, sitting area and kitchen with everything you need. The bed is a sofa that pulls out into a bed - it is surprisingly comfortable. We appreciated having free internet access and the ability to make free phone calls home.

The reservation system was very easy. Aurelien was always available for questions before our stay and Giovanni was a wonderful host while we were in town. Thank you for your hospitality !

We just finished a wonderful two days in the Vivienne apartment on the rue Montmartre in the heart of Paris's Montorgueil/Beaubourg district.

The apartment was lovely and exactly as pictured. The kitchen was stocked with all we needed in terms of appliances and utensils. The main room and bathroom were also charming and comfortable. And the water pressure in the shower was excellent. We had a great view of the neighborhood below and, unlike many, many Parisian apartments, our windows didn't look directly into someone else's livingroom. This provided much more privacy than expected.

The location could NOT be better. It's an easy 10-15 minute walk to the Louvre, the Marais and the Pompidou Center and right around the corner (literally!) from a pedestrian street of cute bistros, cafes and shops. It is also very accessible to Notre Dame in one direction and Montmatre neighborhood in the other. We walked everywhere.

Giovanni and Aurelien were extremely helpful and welcoming. I cannot recommend this experience highly enough. When we return to Paris, we will definitely plan ahead so we can book this apartment again.

Montorgueil apartment is a clean and nicely appointed studio in building close to Bourse Metro. Reasonably comfortable for a woman alone to return to at 10pm, the fan is helpful due to August heat. Beautiful large shower and very comfortable bed. Food market a few steps away. Wifi and free phone back to USA was very helpful.

Summer means remodeling noise in Paris buildings, which was happening during my stay. Not really a problem as I was out visiting Paris! This is the spot if you are on a mission to see the museums, as I was. Velib bike station right across the street if you have the imbedded chip credit card that the system accepts. Two short metro connections and you can catch the B train to CDG airport.

Giovanni is very welcoming and helpful. A fair value for the location and quality.

A quite good experience in Paris. The Louvre apartment is located a few steps of Louvre Museum, Notre Dame, and a couple of important Metro stations, which makes easy to get almost anywhere in the city (even the airports) efficiently; Giovanni was very supportive and flexible. I'd be willing to pay a little more for having air conditioning, but even in August we slept very comfortably using the provided fan. The kitchenette is well equiped and helps you to save time and some Euros. This apartment is an excellent base for discovering Paris.

The Vivienne apartment is in a great location, close to the rue Montorgueil pedestrian area, grocery stores, the Bourse metro stop and Bourse parking garage that we needed for our car. The apartment itself was clean and modern with big picture windows overlooking the street below. There was some noise from cafes on the street but once we closed the windows all was calm and we enjoyed a perfect nights sleep.

Giovanni and Aurelien were very helpful over the internet and in person. We really enjoyed our stay in Vivienne vacation rental and look forward to returning again soon.

Mon époux et moi avons passé 5 nuits dans l'appartement du Louvre. Bien spacieux et propre, le lit était très confortable et on retrouvait la plupart des nécessités dans la salle de bains (sèche-cheveux, papier hygiénique, serviette) et la cuisine (plats, couvert, ustensiles, etc). À noter qu'il n'y a pas de vue de la fenêtre car elle donne sur un "puit" de lumière, nous n'entendions donc aucun bruit de la rue ! La localisation est excellente pour les transports en commun. Le super marché et la fruiterie sont à quelques pas de l'appartement.

Giovanni nous attentait lorsque nous sommes arrivés. Il nous a fait faire le tour du studio et nous a expliqué comment fonctionnait chaque appareil. Cet appartement est un très bon pied à terre pour un couple en visite à Paris.

Our 6 night stay in this apartment was enjoyable. The apartment has a good location on a first european floor. With the window closed there was no troublesome street noise. The apartment was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was small but equipped for preparing evening meals. On the street there were all necessary shops for food close by, also a pizza take-out restaurant across the street. The Metro station at Sentier was a few minutes walk away. A lift in the building was very much a necessity for older visitors with heavy luggage.

I would recommend to select this flat which is in the core of old Paris next to all major museums,streets and views to see. Metro is just 2 minutes from the door. The beautiful pedestrian streets and Les Halles Centre are 3 minutes far from the flat.
The flat is well furniture and even though people stay up till late night you can sleep without listening a word.
The price is fair enough and Giovanni is really nice.

We stayed at Vivienne apartment on 120 rue montmartre, everything is just like it was described. Aurelien were very helpful with all our questions. The location was great, plenty of restaurant and cafe's and two blocks from the "Sentier" metro station. The studio is fine for two people or three : a great value for your money. We will definetly rent from Giovanni in the future.

I stayed at 34 rue Beauregard apartment at the beginning of June. The apartment is very pleasant with big french windows. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking, and the bathroom is modern, has hot water, and is well-lighted. The location is very convenient to major museums - the Louvre, Beaubourg, Gare d'Orsay; Notre Dame is very near as well. The apartment is a good value and a great place to come home to.

My sister and I enjoyed our Paris trip.

The apartment is efficient, attractive, and, although small, well-laid out for two people. It would be nice to add a bench or small couch in front of the bed. It's in a working neighborhood and therefore you experience the sounds of the city with the windows open. Everything you might need is close by.

The location is good in terms of being close to metro stops, the opera, and good shopping. Make sure you see the passage ways off the Grands Boulevards with interesting shops and even more interesting glass roofs and tile floors. Passege des Panoramas was especially good. It's an easy walk to the Opera area and large shopping stores. We walked all the way to the Eiffel Tower one day.

My sister and I have stayed in Paris before and rented from other owners. We will use Giovanni again. It was so easy to make the arrangements and get keys... and thanks for carrying the suitcases up the stairs!

This was the perfect spot to stay, just a block or so to the Louvre, an easy walk from the train station (i.e. easy trip to CDG!). Incredible history all around mixed with real life Paris neighborhood. On this block alone is a Boulangerie, Wine Shop, several cafes, bars, restaurants and an incredible shoe shop.

The apartment was perfect, roomier than a hotel, cozy and comfortable bed, too.

I had a great stay at Richelieu apartment. Believe me, for the price, an hotel is a complete waste of money. The main room was lovely and large with a view onto a “rue typiquement parisien”, with a lovely and convenient kitchen and bath. I'll be calling the next itme I'm in town.
