Flat and neighborhood description
Entirely renovated in march 2009, the Bourse studio offers the comfort of a hotel, the charm and commodities of a holiday rental ! This furnished flat is situated in the 2nd district of Paris, close to the Bourse and pedestrian Montorgueil area. To visit Paris with public transports, the proximity of the underground (line 3, 8 and 9) will be very useful.
Inside the accommodation, I put to your disposal all the necessary equipments to make you feel at home such as Internet access and free phone calls, cable television (several international channels and films in English), hairdryer or even ironing board and iron. Furthermore, the fully equipped kitchen (stove, microwave / oven, cutlery, etc) will enable you to prepare meals and save money on your food budget.
At night, you will appreciate the calm of it (windows facing on a private yard), and its excellent bedding with a mattress 20cm thick. To stock your luggage and put away your clothes, big cupboards are at your disposal in this apartment.
For large groups of friends or big families, the Richelieu, Vivienne and Notre-Dame des Victoires apartments can respectively welcome two, three and four supplementary people and are only two minutes away.

“great spot” by Todd Barton
My new bride and I spent out honeymoon in this apartment and it worked out great. Even though it was conveniently close-by, we never took the Metro once all week. Instead, we were able to walk everywhere : Louvre, Eiffel, Notre Dame, Champs-Élysées, Seine, Luxembourg, Sorbonne, Cluny, Pantheon, St. Germain, Latin Quarter, Marais. Of course, it helped that the weather was perfect all week, but you get my point : very conveniently located. Countless restaurants, shops, and necessities (grocery, ATM, etc.) were all nearby as well.
My only complaint was that the router in the apartment only allowed for one device to access the internet at a time (wireless or wired, due to restrictions in their plan), so my wife and I had to take turns connecting with our iPads/Phones. Not a huge deal, but future guests should be made aware so that they don't waste time trying to figure out why their devices keep getting disconnected (I assumed it was a problem with my devices' settings and stupidly spent a couple hours trying to fix them before contacting Aurelien and learning what the issue was).
We'd definitely stay in one of their vacation rentals again.

“Una Seconda Luna di Miele...” by Pedrazzoli Mattia
In Agosto 2011 siamo stati ospiti dell'appartamento "Bourse", situato in una posizione strategica, a pochi passi da tutto e comunque ben fornito dalla metro e dai bus. L'interno, accogliente e funzionale è ben arredato e il letto molto molto comodo. L'affittuario è stato molto cordiale e disponibile con noi, meno male che parla perfettamente la nostra lingua è stata una vera sicurezza!! Sicuramente se torneremo a Parigi la nostra prima scelta sarà questo incantevole e romantico appartamento, simile ad un piccolo nido d'amore...

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay in the Bourse apartment. It has a great location with all the attractions and the train. Great restaurants in the area. I loved walking by the Louvre the garden around it is amazing. We enjoyed many nights just walking around the neighborhood. I would rent again with this company.
