Steps to follow to book an apartment

You have fixed the dates for your trip and have chosen the apartment you wanted ? If this one is available, here are the steps to follow to validate your reservation in a few minutes.

1. Please read carefully our general vacation rental terms (security deposit, cancellation, etc.).
2. Fill in an online contact us form, indicating your name, address and phone number (a mobile phone number that you will be taking with you to Paris would be useful). Select "final agreement" as object for your message.
3. I will return the rental contract by email along with my bank details or PayPal so that you may deposit the account (30% of your rental fee).
4. Print, sign, then return the contract by email (after scanning it) or by fax. Do not forget to indicate the bank transfer or PayPal's reference.
5. As soon as we receive the account and the contract, you will receive a confirmation along with all the necessary informations to get to the apartement.
6. Full settlement of rental fee (70% remaining) must be paid when keys of flat are delivered, in cash, in EUROS exclusively.
7. On arrival, you will be asked to leave a security deposit (check or cash accepted) of 150 euros (all currencies accepted) in order to insure the apartment and its equipments during your stay. The deposit will not be paid in and will be returned to you on day of departure after inventory of fixtures.

IMPORTANT : Once I have sent the contract, you have 96h (working days) to return it fully filled in and to deposit the account. Pass this time, we will be forced to cancel your booking.
