Flat and neighborhood description
Entirely renovated in spring 2009, the last of my apartments is with no doubt my favorite. The Beauregard studio is located in the center of Paris, in the famous Montorgueil area. Close to the underground (lines 4, 8 and 9), you will easily visit Paris thanks to public transports, or by bike for sportsmen. A Velib' station - self service of bike hiring - is located only 100 meters away from the flat (want to know more about Velib').
More spacious and cheaper than a hotel room, this gorgeous apartment is decorated with great care and is entirely equipped to make you feel at home! Comfort and elegance first : harmonized tones, wooden parquet, quality bedding and a bathroom worthy of a grand hotel gives the flat high quality standards.
Like in all ParisFlatRent's apartments, you will find an equipped kitchen to have your meals (a supermarket is situated only 150 meters away from the flat), a wireless Internet access, a flat screen television, free phone calls, etc. Very useful, the big cupboards will allow you to stock your luggage and to put away your clothes.

“Fantastic stay in Beauregard” by Keryn Keast
My husband and I had our second stay at apartment Beauregard from 20th-30th September 2011. What can I say ? It was even more magical the second time around! Giovanni was helpful as always - so so easy to deal with from beginning to end. The second floor apartment (with stairs) is just absolutely fabulous ! Please also see my previous feedback dated November 25th, 2010 - it is still just as applicable :)
Other things that I should point out are as follows:
We will NEVER EVER stay with anybody besides Paris Flat Rent again - there are no hidden costs, the unit is gorgeous, the location is excellent, the price is always fantastic, the extra services offered are great (FREE high speed wireless internet and international phone calls as well as satellite TV on a huge flat screen) and, most importantly - the bed is COMFORTABLE ! Giovanni and Aurelien have also thoughtfully added a washing machine to the unit since our last stay, which is soooo convenient. We LOVED having a kitchen so we could prepare our own meals instead of having to always eat out as well.
We were also really touched that, as repeat visitors, Giovanni went out of his way to look after us both price and customer service-wise ! That means a lot to us, and is the reason that we will keep returning to Paris Flat Rent.
The only suggestions that I might make is to add better light to the wardrobe as it is quite dark. Also, although not enough to discourage us from staying over and over, we noticed street noise this time.
PLEASE NOTE : None of these things take away from the stay in any way, they are just suggestions to make it even better!

“Perfect Location - would stay there again in a heartbeat” by Mona Kadri
I had a great experience with Paris Flat Rent. I had emailed several places (too many to count) and Aurelien was the only one that replied in a timely, professional manner. That alone gave me a good vibe. The flat was clean, and looked just like the pictures posted. What you see is what you get, and all that was noted on the website was accurate and true. The Beauregard flat was the perfect size for 2 people and was in a great location.
We walked almost everywhere and found ourselves so close to all the major tourist sights (we consider 10-20 minutes of walking "close"). If you are not a walker, then the quick access to the metro will get you anywhere you want to go. I would most certainly stay at Beauregard, or another ParisFlatRent apartment again.
Thanks for the great stay, and for your excellent care and attention to your guests. I love PARIS, and am looking forward to coming again soon !

“Wonderful location” by Susan Thomas
We loved our Paris apartment ! So much better than staying in a hotel. It was clean and well located - a short block from the Metro, and in the other direction just a few blocks from the Montorgueil area, several blocks that are blocked off from traffic and teeming with restaurants, butchers, bakers and every kind of market you could want. The floor to ceiling windows give the apartment a wonderful Parisian feel, but I agree with a previous review that the street noise is quite loud (close windows at night). But overall, a fantastic stay !

“Merveilleux séjour à Paris” by Johanne et Mario
Nous avons séjourné au studio Beauregard pendant 12 jours. Il offre toutes les commodités nécessaires et est très bien situé à 2 pas du métro, autobus et autres services. Tranquillité et confort assurés. Nous le recommanderons à nos amis.

“walking to Louvre, Notre Dame and Montmartre” by Liuba and Mike
We're absolutely in love with Beauregard apartment. Its so much light and sun in it, great location, we're walking to Louvre, Notre Dame and Montmartre. Supermarket is also near by. Thank you for the great stay in Paris.
